HEMP DERIVED CBD & CBG
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Cannabidiol (CBD) legal?
In 2018 Hemp-sourced CBD was federally legalized under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. The bill makes hemp an agricultural commodity and removed it from the controlled substances list, thus removing it from the oversight of the DEA. In other words, any industrial hemp product is now legal on a federal level nationwide, including CBD.
All of our products are sold as Dietary Supplements
What is Cannabidiol & Cannabigerol (CBD & CBG)?
CBD stands for Cannabidiol and CBG stands for cannabigerol (CBD & CBG). They are both naturally occurring compounds found in the resinous flower of cannabis. Both CBD & CBG are safe, non-addictive substances and are only two of more than a hundred “phytocannabinoids,” which are unique to cannabis and endow the plant with its robust therapeutic profile.
What is the difference between Cannabis, Marijuana and Hemp?
Cannabis, Hemp, Marijuana… what is the difference?
Both marijuana and hemp are cannabis, which is the genus of a flowering plant in the Cannabacae family.
Cannabis sativa contains three recognized subgroups: sativa, indica and ruderalis – but all of them are sub-species of cannabis sativa. The Cannabis plant is most frequently harvested for its high tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9 THC) content which is the active compound in marijuana that causes its euphoric effect which is responsible for making users feel high or stoned. Cannabis sativa (Industrial Hemp) is classified as HEMP under the law when: It is any part of the cannabis sativa plant and the delta-9 THC content is not more that 0.3 percent per dry weight. The level of THC in hemp is 33 times less than the least potent marijuana strains, so it’s impossible for hemp to get a user “high.” Cannabidiol (CBD) is non-intoxicating and therefore won’t cause a high, making it safe for use by anyone, regardless of age. Conclusion:
Hemp and Marijuana are both Cannabis, but Hemp is not Marijuana… confusing, yes! Simply put, as long as the measurable delta-9 THC content in Hemp is less than 0.3%, by law it’s not Marijuana. Our products are sold as a dietary supplement and have no euphoric effects, it will not get anyone “HIGH”.
What makes your products "PREMIUM"?
We grow our Premium Hemp Flower indoors, which enables us to control all aspects of the plants growth as well as to ensure that it doesn’t contain heavy metals from the soil or produce huge seed loads.
What is the differences between your products?
QUALITY; which is determined by the percentage of CBD or CBG, the method in which it was grown, visual quality of the bud, size of the bud, and overall taste. We save the most premium product for our grade A product line, smaller popcorn buds with CBD levels under 18% go into our grade B standard line, which is still top shelf in terms flavor, curing, trim, and quality. NONE of our products have seeds. Our trim product line consists of sugar leaf cuttings left over after going through our trimmers and final run through manual hand trimming. It’s very high quality product with little to no sticks or stems. It’s perfect for prerolls and usually has CBD levels of 10-14%, although we label it as 5% or greater guaranteed.
How do I know what the CBD levels will be in the products that I receive?
All of our product batches are laboratory tested and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is generated. The corresponding COA accompanies every product we sell which shows the concentration of CBD which typically varies from 12-20% and with near 0% delta9 THC.
How does the white label process work?
The items that have white label options are listed under the attributes of each product. For example you can get white labeling for trimmed flower, prerolls, kief, isolate, etc. When ordering you choose ‘white label my order’, then upload your logo and website URL or social media page link. Alternatively, you can provide your own label in the upload we’ll adjust the sizing and make it work for each product. If requested, we’ll then send proofs for your approval before we get your product packed, sealed, and labeled. The label size is listed for each packaged product (for example labels are 1.125″x2.75″ for small jarred flower).
